The difference between manageable and healed is mainly about whether a condition is still present.

. MANAGEABLE = Means the condition or problem still exists, but is under control. symptoms, effects, or challenges can be reduced or handled well enough that they don't overwhelm daily life.

Example : "My anxiety is manageable with therapy and medication"

"The anxiety hasn't necessarily gone away, but it's controlled"

HEALED = Means the condition, injury, or emotional wound has recovered or resolved to significant degree.

Example : "My broken arm has healed".

"After years or processing the experience, she feels emotionally healed"

Manageable = Still there, but under control.

Healed = Recovered or resolved (Fully or to a substantial extent)
